About Wyndow Advocacy
Jodie Saylor, DT, BCASE
A Developmental Therapist and Board-Certified Advocate of Special Education (BCASE), Jodie’s journey of working with children started right away. Her first job was babysitting; she moved on to later nanny and work in a daycare setting. She graduated from National Louis University with a bachelor's degree in early childhood education with an emphasis in special education. Upon graduation she went on to be a Registered Behavior Therapist for ABA. She also worked as a Site Manager at an Achievement Center for individuals with Down syndrome and then went on to recruiter for an Autism Therapy company.
Having experience in all areas of the field, one thing became clear, advocating and supporting children and their families was an obvious passion. What better way to ‘do what you love’ than create a safe space company for play therapy and advocacy, so Wyndow Advocacy was born.
